Every bonus offer has specific requirements that must be met before bonus points can be awarded. This can include:
- Completing a specific number of visits in a set period of time
- Spending a specific minimum amount per visit
- Spending a specific minimum amount in a set period of time
- Completing an online review within 30 days of your visit
- Using a credit or debit card registered with Rapid Rewards Dining
- Being opted in to receive email notifications from Rapid Rewards Dining before dining
Bonus points can take up to 3 weeks to appear in your Rapid Rewards Dining Account Center and 6-8 weeks to appear in your Rapid Rewards® account at southwest.com.
For example, if you satisfied all requirements to earn a bonus on January 1, 2018, your bonus points should appear in your Rapid Rewards Dining account by January 22, 2018 and in your Rapid Rewards® account by March 1, 2018.
